This kind of happened to me on PS4 official servers today. I looted a skeleton key chest, then the chest disappeared. I noticed other chests were not spawning. You can do damage to the chests during combat and they will disappear. Make sure to pull the boss away from the chest during combat.So this has followed me from Exiled Lands to Sipta and is probably a bug caused by the 3.0 update. The gist of it is that, when I go to a chest that requires a skeleton key and I DONT have a skeleton key, it is forever cursed to disappear into the abyss.
